Opportunities for COVID19 Vaccine

COVID19 vaccine distribution is being overseen by the county departments of public health. Empower Family Medicine has requested for pandemic enrollment to be a vaccine distribution site with approval pending.  We will make our best effort to secure vaccine doses, particularly for our homebound patients and their caregivers.  In the meantime, this page will be regularly updated with locations you can receive a COVID19 vaccine in Dekalb County.
WHO CAN CURRENTLY GET A COVID19 VACCINE?

USING WEBSITES TO SCHEDULE
Because of the way vaccines are stored, the need to dispense quickly and the very high demand, time windows for scheduling will open and close week to week at the websites below.  You may find that the website servers are down due to heavy traffic, or there will be days when no time slots are available.  If this occurs, check the website again at another time or day.
